Despatch Time

Orders will be dispatched within 2 weeks from receiving the hair from you. But if your order is for a special occasion and has to be with you by a specific date then let us know by email and we can agree if it can be done (usually we can!).

All depending on payment being cleared. If there is a delay for any reason we will let you know by e-mail.

Packaging

All orders will be sent out in a presentation box and packed in a custom made protective package.

Loss or Delay

If your goods do not arrive when expected and you suspect they have been lost in transit, please contact us by e-mail immediately .

Postage – Express track and trace is included

International Express Delivery (track and trace) is offered as standard at a cost of £10.00
